Office Zone, a part of our suite of Flexible Online Charging solutions, provides operators the ability to offer business customers reduced rates for calls from one or more of their office locations.

The operator defines one or more Office Zones for the corporation based on the postal code of the business premises and satellite locations. The operator can also modify the size of each Office Zone to meet the business customer's requirements. The Cell ID information used by the Office Zone solution is obtained from the operators RF Planning system. Office Zone is easy to configure and provides many additional tools and utilities for the operator to automatically import new customers and RF data. Office Zone tools make keeping data current effortless as changes are made in the network. Office Zone encourages the use of mobile phones instead of wireline phones, offers mobile operators a way to compete against traditional wireline operators, and increases the number of mobile originated calls from the office home zone while increasing mobile terminated calls.

The successful deployment of Office Zone typically increases the number of high revenue business subscribers from a corporation and attracts new corporate accounts. All of this coupled with fixed monthly service fees increases ARPU making Office Zone a value proposition for the mobile operator.
